Spotify Mac App Freezes Transition Animations

If spotify app is in visible state in any of your full screen views (including desktop) and if you are switching to that view from another, transition animation freezes in the middle approximately 500ms.

This happens when you maximize your minimized spotify app too.

So maybe you are doing heavy work on method like "applicationDidBecomeActive".

I must say that one is very very disturbing.

System info:

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012)

High Sierra (10.13.3)
