Spotify Not Connecting to Shazam

My Issue:

I recently found out I could connect my Shazam account with my Spotify account, and seeing as I have almost 4000 Shazams this made me very happy. However, whenever I Shazam something it never automatically gets added to My Shazam Tracks on Spotify as I read would happen. I am also only able to add songs from the Shazam app to Spotify one by one, which is impossible as I have so many, and when I click "Save to Spotify" on the Shazams playlist on my Shazam app, only a few songs are added to a Shazams playlist on Spotify and they're out of order. How can I fix this? Much appreciated!!!

Since Apple acquired Shazam a few months ago that option isn't available yet.
