I have created a playlist in Spotify, when I open Sonos and look at the playlist, all of the local files included in the playlist are greyed out. (see image)
Reset router, deleted spotify cache, reloaded the Spotify program, restarted Mac.
Any help would be appreciated.

This is expected behavior, as the Spotify app doesn't allow local files to be streamed via Connect to other devices, such as a Sonos speaker. However, this is something other Spotify users mentioned they'd like to see in this idea so make sure to add your support there.
