I've used the Spotify app on my Mac for ages with no problems. I've recently created a profile on my Mac for my son, but when he logs on and opens the Spotify app he just gets the 'Something went wrong' message. I've tried reinstalling Spotify, same message. I can't clear the Spotify cache because he can't get passed the 'Something went wrong' message. Anybody know how to fix this?

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app this time? Just follow these steps.
If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify?
I'd also like to ask if your son has used any apps or services to modify the Spotify app?
