Chromecast audio is consistently not showing up in the Spotify desktop app. The only way to get it to show up is to either use the web player and play a song (it appears immediately there), or through my iPhone. Then the desktop app shows that it's playing through chromecast audio.

Any hints on what to do to fix this?
