Good day - 

Trying Spotify for the first time, and the very first album I want to listen to I get the error message: Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." Doesn't bode well for me continuing with Spotify right off the bat... 

I have searched for solutions and advice to this, but none of it solves the problem.

I'm sorry to hear this.

Are these songs greyed out? If yes, they might be not available in your country because of licensing changes.

Thanks for reply. Indeed I see now that tracks appeared greyed. The music on the album is South African and I am in South Africa... It makes no sense why this is greyed out. How disappointing.

It is depending on the permissions from rights holders.
