My Question or Issue

Whenever I try to play a song from spotify, it gets skipped. At times it displays this message-‘Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it.’ I have tried reinstalling the app but it doesn’t work.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps.

If the issue persists try using Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account.

Also, make sure to have macOS Mojave 10.14.6 installed.
