Spotify can't reconize wifi connection?

Hi, so I had spotify on my laptop, but one day it stopped letting me us it because it couldn't reconize my wifi connection. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, logging off/on, letting it through my laptops firewall, and nothing is working. Can someone help please?

So your WiFi is working on your laptop otherwise? Just spotify can't see the connection? Have you tried a wired connection to your router?

I haven't tried a wired connection, but yes. Only spotify doesn't reconize the wifi, everything else on my laptop does.

Can you triy a wired connection?

Also in Spotify:

1. Click "Edit" then "Preferences".
2. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Show advanced settings".
3. What is your "Proxy type" set to? 

Finally:

1. Open control panel > Internet options

2. On the Connection tab click "LAN Settings".

3. What are those settings set to?.

Check your Firewall settings. Maybe Spotify is blocked. If so, allow Spotify to communicate throught your Firewall.
