Spotify doesn't detect internet connexion but plays songs

My Question or Issue

Since this morning the Spotify app won't detect an internet connection when on wifi, so I'm unable to search for songs or artists, but it still plays all the songs.

It works normally when I switch to 4G.

I've tried reinstalling it and logging off/on

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across your post.

As we haven’t seen any similar posts about this recently, could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

If you are, we'd recommend restarting your router and making sure that you don't have an active VPN on.

If that doesn't do it for you, we'll need to know your device's OS and Spotify versions to investigate further.
