Spotify doesn't respect 'Click in the scroll bar to:' from Mac System Preferences

My Question or Issue

In System Preference > General on macOS there is a setting that determines whether a scroll bar should jump to the next page or jump to the spot that's clicked. Spotify does not respect the 'jump to the spot that's clicked' setting.

We've tested this from our side and can confirm that this behavior is expected due to the way the app interacts with the operating system.
