My Question or Issue:

I have had Spotify Premium for over 7 years now. My subscription has not changed. Looking at my account on both my iPhone and a web browser on my Macbook, my family premium account is listed. However, when I try to log in with the Spotify app on my Macbook, it continuously says i cannot log in because I don't have premium. This is extremely frustrating considering I pay for this each month and having Spotify on the laptop was a big reason for signing up for premium to begin with. Honestly really disappointing.

Can you please share a screenshot of the error message you're seeing? According to my info, it's not required to have Premium to use any of Spotify's desktop apps.
