Spotify installation fails - redirects to installer download

Hi!

I'm trying to install Spotify on my mac but I'm getting a weird error.

I download the installer from the site and begin the install on my comp, but just as it's about to finish, it fails, opens the browser and goes to this link:

https://www.spotify.com/se/download/mac/

Then it automatically starts a download of a new installer.

I've unistalled every old version of Spotify on my mac using AppCleaner.

Any thoughts?

Could you please tell me what version of MacOS you're running and also post a screenshot of the error message?

Hi,

I'm not getting any error message, as soon as the installation is installation bar is full, it closes and redirects me to the url above.

I'm running MacOS High Sierra version 10.13.3.
