Spotify keeps overwriting offline changes to playlist order in sidebar

 I have quite a few playlists and I try to keep the organized, often while offline.

Recently, Spotify has been reverting my efforts to organize back to previously unorganized states when it checks back in with data stored in the cloud. This is pretty frustraiting as I've lost quite a bit of effort multiple times.

Any idea how to stop this from happening or who I should complain to?

Are you making all of these changes on the same device? From my experiences, changes made on a computer, playlist order-wise, don't transfer well to a mobile device.
