Spotify keeps pausing

Having issues with Desktop & Web player in which spotify content pauses every 10-30s, whether it's streaming or downloaded content.  Super annoying and have tried Windows and Mac operating systems to the same effect. Have also re-installed to no avail

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app, following this Guide. This is a more throughout reinstall, which ensures that all app data/ cache is cleared before reinstalling. 

If that doesn't help, try the following:

• Log out Everywhere
• Reset your password

After that, try logging in on a single device and check whether the pausing continues.
