Spotify no internet connection error 4

I totally have internet connection but Spotify mac app doesn't. I have logged out and tried to log in with Facebook but it only goes to Firefox and after a while says "You may now close this window." And nothing happens......

Have you tried clean reinstallation? It fixes many common issues you may be experiencing. 🙂

Also make sure to add Spotify to your firewall. : )

amazing solution, I went ahead and purchased a new phone and now it works seamlessly. I also bought a spare phone in case this happens again. Great coders!

i have the same issue on mac app and on ios devices..

every now and then the connection is lost and after some time it comes back.

i can restart the computer or reset the router in the meantime, it makes no difference..
