Spotify plays random track on playlist instead of next one

Hi all-

on my mac - when i try to skip to next track on playlist, spotify starts playing another seemingly random track on the playlist.

What can I do about this?

Have you checked weather Shuffle is enabled?

Or maybe the songs you had in the playlist are all palyed and you have started listening to the playlist radio which plays random songs based on what you have in that particular playlist.
