Spotify stays on a black screen.

I can't open Spotify on MacBook Pro, black screen stays on. this is suddenly happened.

Could you try restarting your Mac? You're able to do this by going to  > Restart. 

If that doesn't help, could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? 

If you're still having trouble, let me know the Mac model you have, as well as the current software version for the Mac. You can find this by going to  > About This Mac.

Would you mind letting us know how much free space you have?  You can find it by following these steps: Press the Apple icon in the top left of the screen > About this Mac > Storage tab.
