Have you tried a clean reinstall?

  1. Click Spotify in the menu bar, then Quit Spotify.
  2. Open Finder then click Go > Library in the menu bar. (You may need to hold the Alt key if Library isn’t visible).
  3. Open Caches and delete the com.spotify.Client folder.
  4. Click the back arrow.
  5. Open Application Support and delete the Spotify folder.
  6. Go to http://www.spotify.com/download and reinstall Spotify.

Don’t worry about losing your favorite songs - all your playlists will be waiting for you when you sign in again. You’ll just need to redownload any previously synced music.

Yes, but there isn't a folder in caches called spotify, so i can't deleted.

I have the exact same problem. Very interested if anyone knows how to solve this!

I think I have the same problem.

I've described it once:

Would be really great if the spotify programmers could fix this issue...
