Spotify wrapped is not loading

Spotify wrapped is not loading

I've tried everything for my Spotify wrapped to work and this is my last resort. My playlist is working fine and I'm happy with that but when I click on the link to "look back on 2017" it opens and comes up with this message:

 

"This website is optimized for certain devices and browsers. Sorry about that."

 

It's really really frustrating. What does this mean and how can I access my Spotify wrapped.

Hey @genierident,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
