Starred songs have all disappeared!

HI,

I had to long out and back in on my spotify account, I'm not sure what did but it looks like my whole account (which ive had for a couple of years) has been wiped! Like it is a new account. My account and facebook connection is still the same but all of my starred songs have completely gone! as well as the few playlists I had or was suscribed too.

I have tried restarting/logging in and out over again but nothing has changed! If anyone could help I would be greatful as I was setting this all up as I go away tomorrow and was looking forward to listening to music on the 10 hour flight! 😞

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account which can sometimes happen if the connection between your account and Facebook is lost.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly and they will be able to lend a hand.
