Stupid hearts

My Question or Issue

Why are there now some hearts next to all my songs in my playlists? I don't like them, they take too much attention. All I can see are those stupid hearts, like somebody tried to turn my Spotify player into some hippy-infested swiss chalet. In general, there is too much change in Spotify. You keep messing around with stuff and changing things every single month if not more often. I hear you say 'Change is good', 'Iterative design' .. blah, blah, blah. There's too much change! Do well-thought out changes now and then instead of playing musical design chairs every single month..  and lose the hearts. ...  Please..

The hearts are there to indicate whether you "like" the song or not. Clicking one of the hearts will fill the heart in with green and will add the song to your "liked songs" playlist. This is how you grow your library with Spotify, by liking songs that you want to save to your library.
