TROUBLE ADDING SONGS TO PLAYLIST

So when I drag music onto a playlist that I created, it does not drag into it and does not go into my playlist. Please help, I have been trying to add music to my playlist but this is not working. 

And when I go to do "add to playlist" it only shows a small handful of playlists among my many and does not let me choose the one/drag down the list.

Hello @SybrCar,

I had this problem to this. My solution was to go to the task manager and end Spotify and then start it up again. This was a weird solution, but it worked for me. Also if that does not work you could try reinstalling Spotify. These are the two solutions that work for this current issue.
