Takes forever to load in general

Posting this in Desktop / Mac because thats my primary listening source, but this happens on every platform I use. I'm on premium. (iPhone, Mac, PS4, RokuTV, Web Player)

When trying to load an artist page or playlist it takes upwards of 5 minutes to load. I've updated my app and my Mac. Nothing changes. It's been doing this for a long time. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I click an artist name - encounter a seemingly endless loading wheel, click a playlist - loading wheel, album that I have SAVED or DOWNLOADED on my phone - again takes forever to load. Especially upon first launch.

Surely this cant be just how it is, there must be something I'm missing here?

It'd be a good idea to test if you observe the same behavior under a different network.

In case the app works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information. For example, some shared or public networks (e.g. schools/work/office) might restrict access to certain services, which would explain what happened here.
