The picture in picture (PiP)/miniplayer does not go smaller

My Question or Issue

My miniplayer/PiP keeps saying it's a premium feature when i want to make it smaller but i have Spotify Premium.

I'd recommend checking the following:

1. Make sure you are logged into the correct account (the one with premium).
2. Are you using the web player or the desktop app?
3. Try logging out and logging in a few times. If that doesn't work, perform a clean install using this guide (this applies if you are using the desktop app)
4. Check if the problem occurs on both the web player and the desktop app.
