The same song keeps playing randomly

My Question or Issue

For the past couple of months I will be happily listening to one of my playlists when another of my songs, not on that particular playlist, will start playing. It's not a case of someone hacking me and playing their songs, it's my song played at inappropriate times. It's the same song (the theme from "Outlander"). I will be playing my daughters' playlist (they're kids) when suddenly the theme from Outlander comes on. I will be playing my "Prince" playlist when the theme from Outlander comes on. And then tonight I did a search for "relaxing music" and was playing someone's playlist. Three songs in, the theme from Outlander came on. What gives? It's kind of funny, but mostly annoying.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps.

If the issue persists try using Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account.
