The user name is not correct on my profile

On the Desktop version of the app my username just turned into a random generated hash. Something like 12bjbjlasb45t9spulignskdf and it displays everywhere where normally my set user name should. I logged out and back but nothing has changed. If I click that link it takes me to my profile where my activity is but e.g. in the shared playlists it's really confusing who put that song into there.

Just to clarify, was your account created through Spotify?

If so, you can view again your Facebook profile name instead of Spotify username by following the steps in this Spotify Answer.
