Touch Bar controls irresponsive on MacBook Pro

There was an older topic on this earlier, and sadly the issue hasn't been resolved yet. Every now and then the Touch Bar controls on MacBook Pro are irresponsive and you have to go and force quit NowPlayingTouchUI in Activity Monitor and relaunch Spotify in order for the touch bar controls to work properly again. Anyone found a good solution to avoid having to do this? Hope Spotify fixes this bug soon.

Thanks for the reply! Yep I always make sure to get the latest update in hopes of not seeing this bug pop up anymore. I'm on version 1.0.75.483.g7ff4a0dc.

I have the same experience and it may be caused by bugs or incompatible with current macOS.
