Tracks found on search don't play

My Question or Issue

I can play my existing playlists. When I search for new music it is found, but It will not play. The play button toggles to pause, but no sound happens and no progress bar for the track.

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're sorry to hear that you experience this.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

It can also be good to try with another internet connection to see if the issue persists.

If that doesn't do the trick - can you let us know which version of the app you have?
