Trouble using app on multiple networks Macbook Pro

My Question or Issue

Hi, I'm having an issue when trying to use app on our shop's wifi. When I first open the app it says it's offline (it's not in offline mode).

I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but upon trying to pull up the spotify website to download it cant be loaded. The page shows "Spotify can not reach server". I assume it have something to do with cookies, but I'm not sure. Not only is it an issue that the app won't work, but it's also an issue it can't be reinstalled once unistalled.

It would prove very usefull to be able to use spotify on multiple networks seamlessly as I work in multiple locations

Any guidance would be appreicated. Thank you!
