My Question or Issue

When I click on "Songs" on my left sidebar to access my saved songs, I cannot see any of them. It shows a page that says, "Your favorite songs will appear here. Go to your browse page to find amazing playlists for every mood and moment." Although the browse page is great, I would love to see the songs I have saved and play them. Please help with this.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

 

Could you try that on another device with similar specs?

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
