Unable to change playlist cover

Hello, I have been having an issue where I am unable to change playlist cover images. Uploading the image and clicking "Save" results in the "Save" button becoming dark green (see screenshot), but nothing happens even after I leave it for upwards of 5 min, and I have to click outside the popup or "Cancel" to continue using Spotify (which prompts me with "Don't you want to save your changes?"). I have tried restarting the app, but the problem has persisted. 

I'm running Spotify 1.0.88.353.g15c26ea1 on macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 if that information is useful. Cheers!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
