Unable to change playlists's image

I'm using Spotify premium in Canada. Until today, uploading a cover an image for a playlist was fine. But it doesn't seem to work.

I upload a picture, then I click Save, then nothing. The picture doesn't display, even when I restart Spotify. I've tried this dozens of time, restarted my mac, but nothing seems to fix this issue.

All pictures I try to upload are free for commercial use (Unsplash).

Do you have any idea on how to fix this?

Hey, thanks for reaching out.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try to use a different network or try to create another user account and install Spotify there. Also try a quick clean reinstallation of the app if that didn't help. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
