Unable to create radio stations using any previous methods

Right clicking playlist, song, album, etc. no longer has menu item for creating radio station.  Going to Radio is also now missing the ability to create radio station.

You're not the only one. I can't seem to create radio from anything any more on PC or Mac. Kind of the only reason I pay for premium...
