Unable to login to Spotify.

I am unable to log into Spotify ! Tried to change password but get the message 'Sorry, your form has expired. Please try again.'

Hi,

I reset my password because I forgot it.  After reseting it I tried to login and the notice on the screen said "Sorry, your form has expired".  A few days ago I paid for the premium package but I can't access because of the problem above

Sorry, hit bottom that showed I had a solution.  Not the case

I am unable to log in into my Spotify account. It says invalid username / password. I upgraded to premium on 06/28/2016 and now it doesn't work!
