Unknown Kitchen Speaker shows up in Spotify Connect

I launched spotify on my macbook, I'm currently home where my only device is this laptop and my iPhone, suddenly my music stopped working at it's showin the green bar at the bottom with the text: Listening on Kitchen Speaker. I don't even have kitchen speakers, so I logged in into my accout, reset my password and logged out all my devices, I started Spotify on my laptop again and after a couple of minutes, the same problem. I have no idea what's going on, I secured my network 2 days ago so no one else is connected and I have no extra devices. How can I solve this issue?

Does this speaker show up everywhere or that only in an exact same place?
