Uploading a Playlist Photo isn't working?

So I was trying to upload a photo on one of my playlists on my MacBook, and it showed up that the photo needed to be at least 300x300, and that the photo I had selected was too small. However, my photo was 1000x1000, and other photos I tried between 300x300 and all the way up to 1500x1500 still do not work and I do not understand why? I have tried everything up only certain photos work and I do not understand the issue.

Could you find out what file-type the image is? Only .JPG images are supported. If this is already the case but it's still not working, try to reinstall the app using these instructions.
