Unfortunately, the Google Home Mini promotion can not be redeemed if your premium plan is non-standard.  This means that student plans, family plans, or Spotify Premium received through a partnering program are not eligible, as they all offer discounted rates and/or access to additional services such as Hulu with your purchase of the Spotify Premium service.

Thanks for the reply but I have a standard premium account 9.99$ per month.

I think this is absolutely terrible. It clearly stated that as a family member that i was eligible. I am so upset with this as i double checked and was told i was eligible. I waited the 5 days that i was recommended and then you put this up! 

Bad Spotify! I pay £14.99 every month and now you have lost my customer. Weel done you!
