My Question or Issue
I am listening to an audiobook on Premium that comes with supplemental docs/pdfs but I cannot find them on the Desktop app only on the mobile app. Any ideas where I can find these docs on the Desktop app or can I delete the Desktop app?

You should be able to see the Extras option under the book's description on the android app as well. Just open the audiobook in question > About > Extras.
If the option doesn't appear, make sure that you're running the latest app version. You can check this by following the steps here.

While the extra content is currently only available in the mobile app, you can use the provided links to access it across all of your devices.
After purchasing an audiobook, you should receive an email with the extra material. We recommend checking your inbox and its spam folder to check for the email. Another option, if you can't find the email, is to get in touch with our Customer Support team, so that they can look into this further.

Hello! I have a Premium Family account and I am listening to an audiobook that has a downloadable PDF supplement. I can see the PDF on my iphone, but not on my computer. There is no way to download it and print it. Help!
Same! I know this is not a true "fix", but I took a screenshot and airdropped them to my macbook. I was able to print what I needed that way. Hopefully, Spotify makes the files available soon.

The audiobook I'm listening to keeps referring to 'figure X in the pdf that comes with this audiobook'. How can I get the pdf?

I'm listening to Building a Storybrand 2.0 by Donald Miller on Spotify, and at the beginning it says to download the companion PDF download ("the enhancement") from your Audiobook provider. There is nowhere to do this on Spotify and I'm unable to find it directly from the publisher. Is there something I'm missing in Spotify that will allow me to do this? Thanks
I found it on my phone by going to the "about" section on my phone and then scrolling to the "Extras" section. However as others have pointed out I can't download it which makes it totally pointless.
I've just spent 1.5h on support chat to be told that it's not possible to download extras if you are listening to books via Premium. And as far as I can tell there is no way to purchase an audiobook if you have Premium, so you can't trigger the supposed email that the support document describes.
