My Question or Issue
I used to use desktop app with free plan but after switching into premium plan its not being able to log in to desktop app at all. Why? Am I paying extra for nothing ? ? ? ? ? ? Error code : access point : 19

Please note that the main Spotify app in South Korea is only available to Premium users. To that end, could you please make sure that your subscription was correctly activated. You can check up its status on your account page here.
If it shows that you have Premium active, we'd recommend running a clean reinstall on your device? This step lets you start afresh with the latest app version by removing any corrupted files from previous installations.
