Why doesn't Spotify show up under application support?

Spotify has been unusable on my Mac for weeks. It freezes constantly. I try deleting it and reinstalling but it doesn't help.

Thank you, Yes I tried to follow the reinstall but one of the steps is to delete the Spotify file under application support but that file isn't there.
