Why is the mac desktop app still so terrible? Paying subscription for worst UX.

yeah still doesn't work properly Spotify. Can't search or play anything half the time. Not good enough for a paid service. Also a contact us section is usually great etiquette, instead of making us solve our own problems on a forum.
Please hire some competent developers.

I don't work for Spotify, but I am a member of the rock star program, a group of Spotify nerds who know a thing or two about solving these frustrating issues. I understand how annoying it can be when you can't get through to a staff member to sort out the problem, but I would be genuinely interested in helping you if you could describe the nature of your issue in a bit more detail. Please could you also tell me what version of the app you are using.
