yeah still doesn't work properly Spotify. Can't search or play anything half the time. Not good enough for a paid service. Also a contact us section is usually great etiquette, instead of making us solve our own problems on a forum. Please hire some competent developers.

I don't work for Spotify, but I am a member of the rock star program, a group of Spotify nerds who know a thing or two about solving these frustrating issues. I understand how annoying it can be when you can't get through to a staff member to sort out the problem, but I would be genuinely interested in helping you if you could describe the nature of your issue in a bit more detail. Please could you also tell me what version of the app you are using.
