Year In Music is showing me wrong stats

I think the "Year In Music" application COULD be great, but for me it seems like the whole thing is just completely off. My top artists and albums (according to "Year In Music") are ones I've never even heard of. I even looke it up and listened to them, in case they've slipped in to one of my frequently played playlists without me taking notice of it. But nope, these are artists and songs I'VE NEVER HEARD before. Sooo, is there any way to "refresh" Year In Music, or to get the correct stats?

Oh, and also, could there be a difference between logging on to "Year In Music" with your FB account and with your Spoitfy account?
