My Question or Issue
hi all. ive reported this to spotify support like 5 times over the last 4mo's and each time theyve assured me that they would relay it to the devs and the devs would fix it but it still hasnt been fixed so i thought id report this here. as you can see in the ss, album & playlist covers are way too small at all times. ive done so much troubleshooting with spotify support to no avail, even restored my mac to factory settings and it didnt fix the issue, so im pretty confident its just a bug on spotify's end. i hope the devs will be able to see this and fix it! thanks.

Thanks for reaching out. If our colleagues from the support team have already forwarded this to the relevant people, then there's no point in us to do the same again. All we can do is hope for the best and that this gets investigated soon. However, be advised that for these types of things, we cannot say for certain at the moment when or if this is going to get addressed.
In the meantime, feel free to share with us what you have tried as troubleshooting so far so that we don't repeat anything. If there's anything else to try, we'll let you know. If also you have evidence of the app looking different on other Mac devices, send us some screenshots of that so we can look into this further.

Hey. Thanks for the response. Would it be possible for you to relay this issue to the appropriate team yourself because the chat agents that said they would relay it to the respective team also said that they would let me know by email when they did and none of them have emailed me. I just want to make sure that Spotify is actually aware of this issue. Please let me know if this would be possible. Thanks so much! & as for troubleshooting I’ve done a clean reinstall, restored my Mac to factory settings and set it up as new, and some other steps the chat agents recommended that I forget. It was like 8 hours total of troubleshooting across the 5 agents that helped me with this, so I’m pretty sure it’s not an issue on my end. Thanks again for your help and I hope to hear from you soon!

Thanks for the reply. We'll forward the feedback from our end as well. In the meantime, try making the window as big as possible but without maximizing it and then zooming in to adjust the sizes of things. Using Ctrl and the + key should do the trick. Hopefully this will address what you're referring to.
