Hi @jipoiopp,
Thanks for reaching out.
We haven't had any reports about this so make sure to clear the cache and cookies of your browser, at least the ones pertaining to Spotify, and try again, perhaps it's just some temporary issue and that will clear it up. If you use a VPN, it's also worth disabling it, as it can cause many different connection issues for the app.
If the issue persists, let us know the following so we can look into this further:

Hey @jipoiopp, thanks for asking in the Spotify Community! 🎵
Could you try the following steps and see if it makes any difference:
You can find the download links for other platforms here.
Keep me posted. 🙂
I tried clearing my cache, disabling all my extensions and even restarting my macbook before I sent in the report, but it still looks like this. It has looked like this for as long as I've had my mac (I got it recently).
The images load on chrome but it does it super slowly and lags like crazy.
Hey @jipoiopp,
Thanks for the cooperation!
Can you make sure Spotify is allowed through your firewall? You can also try clearing the hosts file and flushing your DNS cache. It'd also be useful if you can ask someone to log in their account on your Mac to see if they experience the same thing. This way we can check if this is account- or device-related.
Keep us posted.
Clearing it did not do anything.
Sorry for a late reply, I thought I'd already sent it
also it happens on every account I sign into, so it's not account-based
Thanks for the additional info @jipoiopp.
Have you made any changes to the configuration preferences (about:config) in Firefox recently? If so, try reverting them to see if that helps. It's also worth checking if there are any pending updates for your browser and installing them.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of Firefox.
Hope this helps. Cheers 🤘
