My Question or Issue

 everytime i open up my laptop it says someone is trying to log into my spotify account and then it says their IP Address.

it asks me to block or allow them access. i know that its not my IP since ive checked and i have blocked them before but they keep on coming back. im scared that ill lose my account or something.

maybe they have a VPN or something.

anyways can someone please help me with this issue?
