Can only add a song to a few playlists

When I right click to add a song to a playlist I can only add it to a few playlists. The dropdown no longer scrolls. I can't figure out a way to add it to any playlist I want. Any ideas?

"Song is not available" for weeks

Spotify app won't play anything on my laptop for weeks. It always says the song is not available. I've closed it, rebooted it, logged out, logged in, checked my web connection, deleted the app and redownloaded on my laptop to no avail.

Spotify not working

Spotify will not play on desktop web player OR on my iPhone app. It keeps reloading the page no matter what album/playlist/artist I choose and then it errors out totally.
