Unable to change a playlist cover image

When I try to upload new cover image to my playlist, the image will upload, but not change. The placeholder is still there. There is no warning alert and anything.

Hi, I have multiple playlists, and have customized the picture of it.I wanted to do it again today, but Spotify isn't changing the picture.I can select a picture with the edit option, but Spotify isn't saving the picture. Anything I can do about it?
