Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

Keep in mind that on Premium, you can download albums, playlists, and podcasts, but not individual songs. You can download a single episode of a given podcast to listen to it offline, but to download songs, you have to add them to a playlist. You can read more about it in this article. 

If perhaps you can't download any content at all, we'd suggest running a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device to check if you'll notice any difference. This will get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and fixes and will remove any corrupted files from previous installations.

On another note, it's also worth doublechecking that you're on the account you pay Premium for. In order to do that, go ahead and view your plan and payments on the account page under Your plan. You should see Premium there. If that's not what you're seeing it means that you're logged onto another account and that might be the reason why you can't download songs.
