Listening to spotify at school with students, an ad comes on and says f***ing.  Really? I won't be able to listen to Spotify if this is going to happen.  Can we turn off explicit language?  Why would you have an ad with that language?

I agree.  I listen to this with my kids and then an ad with a rapper dropping Mother F-bombs pops up.  I understand that ads pay the bills, but they also drive away listeners if you're not careful.

I also use Spotify for background noise during class. I thought the toilet paper ads were cringey. If there's a chance that an F-bomb is going to be dropped I might have to stop using the service altogether.

agreed.  and every posted suggestion i've found on here, someone from spotify just links to an inactive request from years ago.  So, no solution has been given and any responses completely avoid the request.  redirecting to an old request that has since been deactivated isn't a solution.  I listen to spotify for myself, but I don't want to hear f bombs dropped in between songs.
